Puisque le modèle d'origine était en anglais, je vous ai rédigé la nouvelle version en anglais, suivie de sa traduction en français si vous en avez besoin.

Toute la partie sur les retours physiques (étiquettes d'expédition, marchandises endommagées, etc.) a été supprimée et remplacée par les clauses légales standard pour les biens numériques à consommation instantanée, incluant la renonciation au droit de rétractation européen.

Refund and Return Policy

Since our product is a digital application that provides instant access to information, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and access to the application has been granted.

Digital Goods and Instant Access By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a digital product that is immediately available for consumption. Due to the nature of instant-access digital information, the standard return policies applicable to physical goods do not apply.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days. However, under EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent. By purchasing and immediately accessing our digital application, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
