Digital Delivery Policy

No Physical Shipping KS KVK exclusively offers digital products and services (web access to digital reports). Therefore, no physical items will be shipped to your postal address, and no shipping or handling fees will be applied to your order.

Delivery Method Upon successful completion of your payment, delivery of your digital product is instantaneous. You will receive an order confirmation email containing instructions and a secure link to log in and access your purchased report(s). All access is managed directly through your user account on our website.

Delivery Time Digital access is typically granted immediately after the payment gateway confirms the transaction. Please note that depending on your bank or payment method, processing can occasionally take a few minutes.

Issues with Delivery / Access If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes of your purchase:

1. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

2. Ensure that the email address provided during checkout was correct.

3. If you still cannot find the email or are unable to access your report, please contact our support team immediately at hello@ks-kvk.com. We will verify your payment and manually restore your access.
