1. Scope and Application These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of digital access and web reports made by any customer ("you", "the Customer") on the ks-kvk.com website, operated by KS KVK("we", "us", "the Seller"). By placing an order on this website, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms of Sale.

2. Nature of the Products KS KVK strictly offers digital products, specifically web-based access to informational reports. No physical products are sold or shipped. The essential characteristics of the digital access (duration, content type, limitations) are described on the product pages.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed on the website and are valid at the time the order is placed. Because KS KVK operates under the French auto-entrepreneur framework, prices are generally billed without VAT (in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), unless otherwise indicated at checkout due to international tax laws applied by our payment processor. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Ordering Process To purchase access, you must add the desired digital product to your cart, provide the required billing and account information, and proceed to checkout. You will have the opportunity to review your order details and total price before final confirmation. The sales contract is definitively formed once the payment is successfully processed and we issue an order confirmation email.

5. Payment Terms Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided through our payment gateway (powered by Shopify). Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed; we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

6. Provision of Access (Digital Delivery) Upon successful payment verification, access to the purchased web report(s) is granted automatically and instantaneously. You will receive an email containing the necessary links or instructions to log into your account and view your reports. Since delivery is purely digital, no shipping fees apply.

7. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws regarding digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you expressly agree that the execution of the service begins immediately upon completion of your purchase. By accessing the digital report, you acknowledge and accept that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Refund Policy Because the products are digital and immediately accessible, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided once access has been granted, except in cases of critical technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing the service. 9. Warranties and Liability We make every effort to ensure our web reports are accurate and accessible. However, the digital access is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the information will perfectly meet your individual, specific needs. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the digital product you ordered. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use our digital reports.
