1. How does the server license work?
After purchasing, you will receive a unique license key code (KSKVK-XXXX-XXXX). Simply run the command /claim_license key: KSKVK-XXXX-XXXX in any channel on your Discord server. The bot will automatically verify your key and activate Premium status for your server!
2. Does everyone in my server get access?
Yes! One Premium monthly subscription unlocks all Premium commands (/whales, /t11, /player_gear, etc.) for all members, R4/R5 leaders, and rally captains inside your registered server.
3. Can I transfer my license to another server?
Yes. If your alliance moves servers or re-creates a new Discord server, you can contact our Support Discord to re-bind your active license key to your new server ID.
4. How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your customer account email link or by reaching out on our Support Discord. You retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
